Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (BornStrong Fitness, E-Mail: clientcare@bornstrongfitness.com) by means of a clear statement by email about your decision to cancel this order.

To meet the cancellation deadline, simply send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the deadline expires.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

We will only refund the cost of the product for returns and cancellations if the product is sealed and intact.
